Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) has become a beacon in the humanitarian relief field, thanks to its immediate response in offering aid to countries in need all over the world, Albanian Ambassador to Kuwait Kujtim Morina said here on Sunday.
He added in press remarks today following his meeting with KRCS' Deputy Chairman Anwar Al-Hasawi that KRCS is a distinguished pioneer institution in that field, regionally and internationally, and is highly appreciated and respected by all active world bodies in the humanitarian field.
The Society will continue to be a main supporter of any humanitarian work, in accordance with the country's foreign policy in offering aid to countries suffering from natural disasters and political conflicts.
The two sides discussed offering relief to Albania as it suffered lately from floods that caused great material damage to public and private properties, houses and farmlands.
