
Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Minister of State for Planning and Development Hend Al-Sabeeh said the government is looking forward to increasing nationals' employment in the private industrial sector.
"Kuwait is an oil producing country and has a plenty of petrochemical industries companies that could attract national youth and provide them with job opportunities," Minister Al-Sabeeh told reporters following the conclusion of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Industrial Conference, organized here Sunday by Kuwait Industries Union.
She stressed the importance of making the best use of national cadres in materializing the aspired-after development of the Gulf states.
Al-Sabeeh called for beefing up the role of the industrial sector in diversifying national economy and income resources.
