
Kuwait will host on Tuesday the 2015 Middle East Investment Conference sponsored by the Citibank and to be attended by Minister of Finance Anas Al-Saleh.
The conference will be held in Kuwait for the first time and is organized by CFA Society Kuwait and CFA Institute, said a statement by the bank here on Sunday.
A number of experts in the sectors of investment and financing will take part in the event, the statement added.
Nouriel Roubini, co-founder and chairman of Roubini Global Economics, will also participate in the event, it said, noting the conference will discuss several main topics on the global economy and challenges that are facing investors in the Middle East region.
The congress will focus on investment strategies, geopolitical conditions and developments related to the energy field and its impacts, as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises in the region, it added.
