The Ministry of Labour and the Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Co (ASRY) have signed a partnership agreement.
Under the deal, ASRY will hire 15 high school graduates (technical stream) after being qualified through the Ministry's project under the theme "With My Hand I Build My Country".
The Labour Ministry's Undersecretary Sabah Salim Al-Dossary and ASRY's Chief Executive Nils Kristian Berge signed the agreement, in the presence of a number of officials from both sides.
Al-Dossary affirmed that signing the agreement comes within the framework of hiring and rehabilitating job-seekers in the private sector, highlighting that the Ministry aims to recruit 10 thousand job seekers in its project (Employment and Rehabilitation of Bahrainis 2), valuing ASRY's cooperation, calling on other companies to follow ASRY's approach out of their national responsibility.
