Luxor fixed hotels occupancy rate up 42 percent

Occupancy rate at fixed hotels in the Upper Egypt governorate of Luxor upped to 42 percent, marking a 16 percent rise in comparison with the previous week, according to tourist police administration statistics.
Britons came at the top of foreigners visiting Luxor as Christmas celebrations loomed.
Also, an Ugandan diplomat and four members of the US embassy also decided to spend their vacations in Luxor.
