
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Sunday inspected a social housing project for young people in Luxor, which consists of 85 buildings, comprising 1,700 housing units.
Mahlab was briefed on the ongoing work there. Twenty buildings were totally established, 30 others are currently being completed and 35 others are to be built.
Mahlab ordered the planning minister to quickly provide the needed funds to complete the planned units.
The prime minister also inspected a new waste-water treatment plant, scheduled to be completed in December 31 at a cost of EGP 22 million to serve new housing projects.
