Maintenance operations at arrival and departure halls at the different Red Sea harbors are now complete.
The Red Sea Ports Authority said Tuesday that more than 10,000 pilgrims arrived at the harbors, adding maintenance was necessary after the Hajj season.
More than 25,000 workers in pilgrimage-related jobs also arrived at the ports.
The Red Sea Ports Authority is acting to upgrade services and maintain the infrastructure of harbors, said chairman Abdel-Rehim Moustafa.
