
H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, President of Al Jazira Club and Deputy Chairman of the Honorary Authority, has issued Resolution No.1 of 2014 (season 2014-2015), reshuffling the board of directors of Al Jazira Capital Real Estate Investment and Development LLC.
H.H. Sheikh Mansour's resolution appointed Mohammed bin Butti Al Qubaisi as chair of the board and Mohammed Haji Khouri as vice chairman.
The resolution also appointed Mohammed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Saeed Abdullah bin Shaiban, Abdul Aziz Hareb Yousef, Khalifa Butti bin Omair Al Muhairi, Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Abdul Karim Ahmed Al Zarouni and Talal Shafeeq Al Dhiyabi as members of the board.
The second article of the resolution states that the term of the membership of the board will be three years and renewable.
The third article states that the resolution comes into force on the date of its issuance and that the relevant authorities should be made aware of the same.
The resolution was issued in view of the decision regarding the establishment of Al Jazira Capital Real Estate Investment and Development, and was based on the requirements of the future vision for developing the company to achieve further success and excellence.
