
Minister of Communication and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Essa Al-Kandari said that firm actions would be taken against greedy traders trading in inedible food.
In his speech at the meeting of Kuwaiti Municipality's higher committee for planning and coordination, the Minister stressed that the administrative deportation rules would be applied against non-Kuwaiti traders who are involved in trade of spoiled food.
He called on Kuwaiti Municipality's affiliated market control bodies to intensify efforts to crackdown on companies and individuals trading in inedible, expired, or spoiled foodstuff and to report all cases to the persecution take required legal actions.
