
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, has issued a resolution on real estate registration fees and cases of exemption in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The decision states that the transactions exempted from registration fees include subsequent provisions regarding the registration of inheritance and the division of the real estate in first registration, registration of charity land, and real estate for the benefit of the competent charity endowment in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
It also exempts the transactions of government agencies and any other agency from government fees as per its establishment law. This includes issuance of any editions or documents.
The resolution also includes a fee schedule for registration, issuance of certificates and other services.
