
In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued two decrees Nos. 23 and 30 of 2015 regarding formation of the Dubai Free Zones (DFZ) Council under the chairmanship of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of the Emirates Group.
The council includes the following members: Secretary-General of DFZ Council, Governor of Dubai International Financial Centre, Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), Director-General of Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, Director-General of Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA), CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation, and Chairman of Meydan City Corporation, in addition to Deputy Chairperson of ?the International Humanitarian City Authority, Deputy Chairman of Dubai Healthcare City Authority, Director-General of Dubai Municipality, Director-General of State Security Apparatus in Dubai, Deputy Chairman of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, Director-General of Dubai Free Zone Authority at Dubai International Airport, and CEO of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
