
The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Saturday sent a new aid convoy to the Gaza strip.
Secretary General of the JHCO Ayman Mifleh told Petra that the convoy comprising six trucks is loaded with food packages, blankets and water bottles that will be delivered to the Palestine Red Crescent Society which will distribute these to needy people in the strip.
Vice Chairman of Amman Chamber of Commerce Ghassan Kherfan said that the Chamber donated JD50,000 to JHCO in order to support the Gazan people against Israeli violations. The organization had purchased essential items that the people of Gaza need.
