
As many as 380 passengers arrived at Nuweiba port over the past 24 hours, said a spokesman for the Red Sea Port Authority on Saturday.
Some 876 travelers left the harbor, which also received 60 tourists of different nationalities, said Abdel Rahim Mostafa.
The port is in the coastal town of Nuweiba in the eastern part of Sinai Peninsula. It is located on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.
It serves travelers and trade with Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Between the town and the port are a strip of modern hotels, catering to beach holiday makers and divers.
