Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali
Manama - BNA

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has deputised Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan to attend the 30th annual ceremony to honour outstanding private sector employees and establishments.
The event, held under HM the King's patronage, was organsied by the Labour Ministry.
The Labour Minister delivered a statement in which he conveyed HM King Hamad's greetings to the honorees, and pride in their dedication and achievements.
He affirmed HM the King's appreciation of all workers in Bahrain, and all those who are dedicated in the service of the homeland.
He said that planning and implementing projects and programmes would not be successful unless the three production parties cooperated, noting that achievements and development required the joint efforts of all sides to serve the nation and the citizens, in line with the directives of the leadership.
He called for the need to join ranks in order to be able to enhance excellence, increase productivity and face future challenges, including the increasing number of new recruiters, bridging the gap between the education and training output and the needs of the labour market and keeping unemployment as low as possible.
He highlighted the Labour Ministry's continuous efforts to be informed about the latest and most successful experiences in order to analyse them and choose the most suitable among them in order to maintain Bahrain's advanced status in this regard.
He extended, on behalf of the honourees, sincere congratulations to HM King Hamad, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, and the Bahraini people on Bahrain's celebrations of its National Days, wishing the kingdom further progress and prosperity.
Then, Nada Bucheeri spoke on behalf of the honourees, and affirmed their pride in being selected to be honoured during such an occasion, noting that the move testifies to the kingdom's leadership's constant support for workers in different fields, out of its belief that they are the real asset of the nation.
She also commended the Labour Ministry's efforts to increase the salaries of the national manpower so as to improve their living standards, as well as training and rehabilitation programmes for national job seekers in order to prepare them for the labour market.
After that, the Labour Minister Jameel Humaidan and Undersecretary Sabah Salim Al Dosary presented the honourees with certificates and awards.
