
Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Imad Fakhoury, on Sunday, met with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission chief for Jordan Kristina Kostial who is in Jordan to conduct the sixth periodic review of Jordan financial and economic reform.
Fakhoury delivered a briefing about "Jordan 2025" vision, which draws an integrated general framework that will govern Jordan's economic and social policies.
He said the plan will be translated into executive development programs, each of which lasts three years, so these programs reflect national priorities which were agreed upon with the participation of the various components of the society.
He urged international donors and friendly countries to provide Jordan with additional aid and assistance to help the Kingdom cope with the Syrian refugees crisis and maintain developmental gains.
