
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab chaired a meeting on Monday to follow up the implementation of the national project for roads.
The meeting was attended by the housing and transport ministers, the Central Agency for Reconstruction head, the chief of the General Authority For Roads, Bridges & Land Transport along with officials of the Armed Forces Engineering Agency.
The housing minister reviewed during the meeting the ministry's plan that includes three projects of strategic roads at a total cost of 3.545 billion pounds.
Meanwhile, the transport minister reviewed his ministry's plan that aims to implement 13 roads via 31 projects and at a cost of 17.024 billion pounds.
Mahlab asserted the importance of resuming all roads projects and finalize them as scheduled.
