
Board Chairman of the Media Production City (MPC) Usama Haykal on Tuesday received a phone call from Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab who made sure that work is back to normal in the City after a power outage had gripped the city due to the damage of two power feeding lines.
Eight explosive charges were planted at two power towers that are feeding the City causing the power outage late Monday.
In press statements, Haykal asserted that all TV channel are now operating normally after the problem was settled since the early hours on Tuesday.
The prime minister asserted the government's willingness to extend all assistance for the City to overcome this crisis and make sure that such an incident would not take place again, he added.
