
Qatar is set to participate in the 39th session of Arab Institute for Training and Research in Statistics (AITRS) board of trustees , which will be held on Tuesday in Amman, Jordan.
HE the Minister of Development Planning and Statistics Dr. Saleh Mohammad Al Nabit will head Qatar's delegation to the two-day session..
AITRS will organize a panel discussion tomorrow on human welfare topic on the basis of a study prepared by the Institute for implementing the annual action plan.
It is noteworthy that the AITRS board of trustees, which comprises of Heads of central statistical agencies in the Arab countries and it is taking responsibility on the formulation of the public policy of the Institute's activities , preparation of the budget and reviewing programs.
