Qatar's minister of economy meets Turkish counterpart

HE Minister of Economy and Commerce Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani met here on Wednesday with Turkey's Minister of Finance Mehmet Simsek, on the sideline of the Arab-Turkish economic forum.
Talks during the meeting dealt with ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in different area, particularly the economic, commercial and investment fields.
The meeting was attended by HE Qatar's Consul in Istanbul Sultan bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud and a number Qatar Chamber of Commerce members.
HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani and Minister Mehmet Simsek co-chair the Qatari-Turkish joint technical committee on economic cooperation.
