Qatar's PM attends launch ceremony for Algerian-Qatari steel project

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal on Monday visited the Algerian province of Jijel, where the foundation stone was laid for the Algerian-Qatari steel factory project and the curtain was raised to mark the start of the project at the industrial zone of Bellara in the commune of El Milia.
Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HE the premier attended the ceremony, while Jijel governor Ali Bedrici and a number of ministers and senior officials attended from the Algerian side.
HE the prime minister and minister of interior and the Algerian prime minister arrived earlier in Jijel where they and the accompanying delegation were received at Ferhat Abbas Airport by Bedrici and a group of senior officials at the province.
