
The Saudi national campaign to support the Syrian brothers has continued, through its office in Lebanon today, the distribution of rent checks to displaced Syrians for the second phase of the rent project called 'Shelter Project' in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the director of the campaign office in Beirut Walid Al-Jalal said that the number of families benefiting from the distribution of these checks amounted to 107 families in Beirut, pointing out that the value of the checks was 98,000 US dollars and the total cost of the project amounts to $ 1,800,000.
He also pointed out that the campaign will continue to distribute the rent checks in the next phase during the next two weeks to ten stations, including the port, Deir Ammar, Sidon, Baalbeck, Akkar, Tripoli and Mount Lebanon and Sair Al-Dhanyia.
