
The Saudi national campaign to support the Syrian brothers through its office in Lebanon started today the second phase of the shelter project and the distribution of rent checks to displaced Syrians in its first leg in the eastern Bekaa region of Lebanon.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the director of the campaign office in Beirut Walid Al-Jalal announced that it 200 checks have been distributed to 200 displaced families in the Bekaa region out of $ 168,000 of the total value of aid that will be distributed to the displaced Syrians on all the Lebanese territories.
He added that the campaign is about to be ready for the winter season's project and the distribution of winter heating devices to displaced people in all over the areas, especially in the harsh winter.
