Seminar on Suez Canal development starts in Ismalia

Japanese Ambassador in Cairo Takehiro Kagawa opened here on Sunday a seminar on the development of the Suez Canal.
The seminar, organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), aims at conveying the Japanese expertise in developing beaches, building harbors and setting up logistic industries.
The seminar will look into a Japanese study to improve the competitive capability of Suez Canal.
Representatives of Egyptian ministries and bodies are taking part in the seminar.
