Sisi vows to achieve development

The president hailed the outcome of his visit to China.
He urged more efforts to implement signed agreements.
"I seek to regain Egyptians' self-confidence," he added.
"China's circumstances were more difficult than ours, but they managed to improve their economy and compete for first place among the largest economies in the world. We have to study how 1300 million- Chinese people managed to turn adversity into grant," Sisi said.
The president arevealed that a specialized economic development council would be formed soon.
He added that the budget for scientific research was doubled from the (Long live Egypt) Fund.
