The Housing Ministry launched today the Social Housing Finance Programme exhibition at Seef Mall. The event, which will continue till January 28, is part of the ministry's efforts to inform about the programme launched in October 2013 under the aegis of Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa as one of the initiatives introduced in conjunction with the private sector.
Alongside the Housing Ministry and the Housing Bank, the exhibition also features other participants like Bahrain Islamic Bank, Ithmaar Bank, Al-Baraka Bank, Ahli United Bank, Al-Salam Bank, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, Housing Properties Company, Al-Saraya Properties, Deer Gardens, Naseej company and Al-Namel Properties Development Group.
The exhibition is the second of its kind organised by the Housing Ministry to inform citizens about the Social Housing Finance Programme. The ministry took part last November in Bahrain Property Development Exhibition (BaPDEX) which was held at the City Centre under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
