Sudanese biggest micro-finance forum to be held in September

The Ministry of Welfare and Social Security announced that it is working to hold, in cooperation with the Bank of Sudan, the biggest Micro-Finance Forum for the year 2014 in mid next September.
The forum is due to discuss the experiment of the micro-finance and the problems facing it, the development partnerships and the enhancement of targeting.
The forum will be held under auspices of the First Vice - President of the Republic and participation of the Walis (governors) of the states, the Ministers of Social Affairs of the states and officials of the micro-finance institutions.
Holding of the forum will synchronize with the meeting of the Higher Micro-Finance Council in its first session, which will be chaired by the First Vice - President of the republic in mid September.
