
Chairman of the Higher Council for Strategic Planning in Khartoum State, Dr. Omer Mohamed Abdul-Rahim Basan, announced that the first session of the Higher Council for Strategic Planning would hold its first session in next September under chairmanship of the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khidir.
At the coordinative meeting of the directors of strategic planning in the state's institutions, Basan said that the council has finalized setting indicators to measure performance for directing work and drawing up the strategic plans.
He said that next Wednesday was set as a deadline to receive the strategic reports of the state's institutions in the final shape prior to holding a coordinative meeting next Sunday.
