
Transport Minister Hani Dahi met on Sunday with Head of Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish and officials of Dar Al-Handasah Global Engineering Firm, a consultant for new Suez Canal Project, as well as officials of transport ministry.
Exclusively to MENA, Director of Foreign Affairs and Media Office with the Transport Minister Ayman AL Sherii said that Dar Al-Handasah Firm officials briefed the minister on the latest studies made for the new Suez Canal Project and the future vision of the East Port Said port and the North Sokhna Port.
During the meeting, the ministry made its recommendations for marine stations and logistics zones within the areas of ports, and their implementation plan and its cost, he added.
