Tunisian finance minister: Tax reform project to be ready before end of 2014

The government is working to complete by the end of 2014 the tax reform project started 18 months ago, said Minister of Economy and Finance Hakim Ben Hammouda.
He added at a regional consultation on “reform of the tax system” held Friday in Kairouan that his department is working to establish a more equitable, transparent and cost-effective tax system.
