
Egypt and the United Arab Emirates signed on Thursday a protocol for training and employing 10,000 researchers at the communication of information technology sector.
The signing ceremony was attended by UAE state minister and head of UAE office for coordinating projects in Egypt Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Monir Fakhri Abdel Nour and Minister of Communication and Information Technology Atef Helmi.
The UAE official said that the training program focuses on the Egyptian market needs, pointing out that his country will continue on providing support for the Egyptian people to create thousands of job opportunities.
For his part, minister Abdel Nour thanked the government and people of UAE for providing support to Egypt in various domains .
The program costs are estimated at 50 million dollars where Egyptian researchers benefit from it in the communication and information technology domains
