Unifying GCC stances in labour and social areas stressed

Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Iyad Madani, today received Executive Office's Director-General of GCC Labour Ministers Council and Social Affairs Ministers, Aqeel Al-Jassim, and welcomed boosting bilateral cooperation and unifying Islamic efforts
Al-Jassim highlighted unifying GCC stances in areas of labour and social affairs.
He lauded the role played by OIC in strengthening cooperation among region's countries.
He said the meeting focused on reinforcing bilateral cooperation in the fields of labour and social sectors, as well as coordinating GCC stances in international forums.
