
A specialized Economic Journalism workshop Concluded on Thursday at the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA) training center, hosted by Jordan News Agency (Petra) in cooperation with Thomson Reuters Foundation.
The aim of the five-day session was to provide participants with knowledge and skills related to writing economic news.
The participants commended the session for providing them with more experience and skills in the economic sphere. They also called for more courses of this nature to be held in order to benefit the largest number of journalists working at Arab news agencies.
Twelve journalists attended, representing the news agencies of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Morocco, in addition to Petra.
