
Chairman of the Federation of Yemen Chambers of Commerce & Industry Mohammed Abdu Saeed said that his country intends to establish a company for industrial zones, with the help of Jordanian expertise, similar to Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation (JIEC) established in Jordan . Sa’eed who is currently in a visit to Jordan on head of an economic delegation told “Petra” that Jordan and Yemen are planning to establish a joint business council. He added that plans are also underway to hold the first Jordanian industries exhibition in Yemen next year. Director General of Jordan Industrial Estates (JIEC)Loay Sehwail informed the Yemeni delegation on the investment opportunities available at JIEC and the facilities it provides to all Arab and foreign investors.
