Zarqa municipality destroys food deemed unfit for human consumption

Zarqa municipality personnel on Tuesday seized and destroyed one ton of foodstuff found to be unfit for human consumption.
Zarqa Mayor Emad Momani said that the municipality inspection teams had seized large quantities of milk, dates, mincemeat, and children's confectionery.
The seized items, which were found in a grocery, were destroyed in Al-Ghabawi landfill, the mayor added.
