
Citing the increase of trade between Egypt and India by 60% over the past five years, Indian Ambassador to Cairo Sanjay Bhattacharya underlined his country's keenness to boost bilateral cooperation in trade and investment.
The ambassador made the remarks on Wednesday during a meeting with Sohag Governor Ayman Abdel Monem and members of the Egyptian-Indian Business Council.
Bhattacharya said that the agenda of the Egyptian-Indian Business Council meeting, which is due to kick off today with the participation of 20 mega Indian companies, will focus on means bolstering bilateral cooperation and investment
