The strongest unemployment increases were seen for persons aged 50 and over, climbing 4.6 percent to just under 98,000 people, while that of young persons, aged 15 to 24, conversely sunk 3.8 percent down to 44,457 people.
Moreover, the unemployment rate for men fell 0.7 percent, while for women it increased 2.1 percent.
