
Finance Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa on Thursday in his office at the Ministry premises met the Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bernard Regnauld-Fabre.
The two sides explored various aspects of close cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of France in the financial, economic and investment fields and also ways and means of boosting bilateral cooperation to achieve the interest of both friendly countries and their peoples.
The meeting explored means to avail from the positive outcome of the official state visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa to France last August, and implementation of agreed support and boosting of mutual cooperation in various leading economic sectors. The two sides reviewed regional and international financial and economic developments.
