Egypt seeks tea alliance with India

Egypt and India discussed on Sunday setting up a strategic alliance to increase trade between the two countries in the tea industry domain.
This came in a meeting between Egypt's Supply and Internal Trade Minister Khaled Henfi and head of the Tea Board of India Santosh Sarangi.
Talks covered pumping more Indian investments to set up factories in Egypt for tea packaging.
They also discussed providing all different kinds of Indian tea on Egyptian markets as part of ration commodities and exporting products of the state-owned Food Industries Holding Company (FIHC) to India.
