Egypt, UNIDO discuss cooperation on sustainable development

Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr held talks on Tuesday with Li Yong, the Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

The meeting was held on the sidelines of her participation in the Golden Jubilee of UNIDO in the Austrian capital Vienna.

The two sides took up means of boosting joint cooperation in the field of sustainable development.

The international official lauded the Egyptian economic and social reform program, while Nasr asserted that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has adopted several strong and confident measures for achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.

She added that the Egyptian government has launched its economic and social reform program that is reflecting the priorities of the Egyptian people for a better future for the current and coming generations.
