
A high profile European Union delegation will take part in Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC), which will be held on March 13-15 in Sharm el Sheikh Resort.
On top of the delegation will be EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini in her first visit to Egypt since she took office several months ago.
Senior officials from Brussels and a lot of businessmen will also participate in the event.
Mogherini is expected to give a speech in the opening session of the conference on Friday March 13, according to a statement by the EU mission in Cairo.
On March 14, a number of agreements will be signed between Egypt and the EU.
The European Investment Bank and Italy will attend the conference which will be followed by a press conference.
