
German Ambassador to Egypt Julius Georg Luy underlined his country's keenness to boost educational and cultural cooperation with Egypt through spreading the German language and culture among Egyptians.
He made the remarks during a tour of a German school in Luxor where he met with students and German educationists.
The ambassador, meanwhile, hailed the depth of bilateral relations between the nationals of both countries.
Georg Luy is on an Upper Egypt tour, including Qena and luxor, where he visited a number of archaeological sites.
The visit, which included a meeting with Luxor Governor Mohamed Badr, aimed at bolstering joint cooperation and bilateral brotherly relations.
