Caglayan evaluated his meetings with the representatives of Hollywood film sector in Los Angeles. Stating that they were preparing a proposal together with Entertainment Development Partners (EDP), Caglayan said, "EDP made a presentation in regards to what kind of structuring could take place in Turkey. The have even chosen the European side of Istanbul to build the facility and named it 'Hollywood on Bosphorus.'"
