Kuwait embassy is participating, for the first time, in a charity bazaar organized by "Future Nuevo" at the Campo De Casa Park in Madrid, Spain.
The event is held under the patronage of Infanta Pilar de Borbon from November 21-30. The revenues of the charity will be destined to help children's home-care in and outside Spain.
Maha Al-Qunai, a diplomat at the embassy, told KUNA Saturday that out of Kuwait's interest in humanitarian activities it is only befitting to be part of such event.
The Kuwaiti embassy will sell some Kuwaiti cuisine dishes and food items at the bazaar.
More than 30,000 people are expected to visit the market where local and traditional items, apparel and food items from different countries are displayed.
The "Future Nuevo" is a non-profit organization established in 1968 that gives support to homeless children and provides for their needs.
