
Presidential assistant for national and strategic projects Ibrahim Mahlab wrapped up a two-day visit to Togo on Friday.
During his visit, Mahlab met with Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé and discussed ways of boosting cooperation between the two countries.
He delivered a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to the Togolese president.
Gnassingbé lauded the relations between his country and Egypt in various domains.
He expressed desire for increasing investments of the Egyptian companies in the major development projects in Togo.
Mahlab also met with Togolese Prime Minister Komi Sélom Klassou and the speaker of the Togolese parliament.
He toured Lome airport and the maritime port accompanied by the Togolese transport minister to review projects there
