Medvedev signs law regulating special economic zones in certain territories

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday signed and submitted to the State Duma (lower house) a draft law regulating the particularities of doing business in certain territories.
“This is a law on the territories of advanced development,” Medvedev said at a meeting devoted to creating a free economic zone in Crimea.
The draft law “has been finalized though there are many issues that may be discussed at the State Duma”, he said.
