
Iranian Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs Ali Tayyebnia expressed satisfaction in the positive rate of economic growth in the country in the first 3 months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-June 22).
Addressing inaugural ceremony of Land and Building Fund attended by Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbas Akhoundi, Tayyebnia said that estimates for the gross national product indicate that economic growth in the first three months of current year was positive.
On Wednesday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said positive economic growth has started in Iran and a growing number of foreign tourists are visiting the country now.
President Rouhani went on to say that the growth in production of oil, gas, agriculture, industries and mines sectors and the growing visits of foreign tourists to the country are signs of the beginning of positive economic growth and vibrancy.
