
The Nigerian President, Mohammed Bukhari, has called on Saudi businessmen to invest in his country, noting that Nigeria enjoys potentials and sources of investment, especially in the areas of mining, agriculture, livestock, infrastructure, transport, communications, power supply and others.
The Council of Saudi Chambers said in a statement today, "This call came during a recent meeting with a delegation of Saudi businessmen led by President of the Council of Saudi Chambers, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Zamel in the presence of a number of ministers and officials accompanying the president of Nigeria''.
The statement added that the Nigerian President confirmed that his country provides incentives needed by foreign investors, stressing the depth of bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, praising its efforts to serve Nigerian pilgrims and Umrah performers.
