
At a meeting of the BRICS leaders on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Brisbane, Australia, Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited the BRICS leaders to the next summit in Ufa, the capital of Russia’s constituent republic of Bashkortostan, which will be held on July 8-9. He said that Russia was preparing various projects for strategic economic partnership and a road map investment cooperation.
“Our efforts will be targeted at the further expansion of cooperation within the association’s framework,” Putin said at a meeting of the BRICS leaders.
“I would like to invite you all to Ufa for a BRICS summit on July 8-9,” he added.
