South Korea calls for 'high-level' deal in free trade talks with China

The South Korean ambassador to China, Kwon Young-se, has said Seoul and Beijing need to make progress in their free trade talks toward signing a "comprehensive and high-level" agreement.
Since launching the talks in May 2012, South Korea and China have reported some progress toward a deal, but the latest round held in South Korea last week failed to bridge major gaps in thorny issues including agriculture and services sectors.
