The General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone will sign on Tuesday a protocol of cooperation with the Arab African International Bank (AAIB) on boosting bilateral cooperation.
Secretary General of the authority Naser Fouad said in statements on Monday that the protocol will provide credit facilities for investors and call for reviewing feasibility studies and development plans along with offering technical assistance by the bank to projects which will be carried out at the economic zone.
The protocol will also offer banking services to investors, companies and ongoing and new projects at the zone, added Fouad.
The protocol is part of the authority's efforts aimed at serving investors and stressing partnership between the authority, the Private Sector and Egyptian commercial banks, he said, adding it also reflects the economic zone's keenness on offering the best banking and logistical services to render the projects a success.
